2 Cool 4 School Journal Kid's Class

Pam is teaching a fun kid's class on Friday, July 19th rescheduled to Wed., August 14 at 10:30am! Check out her project and what she has to say:

My kids keep a set of colored pencils and a composition book in the seat pocket of each car so they have things to do no matter which car we're in.  They can write, draw, play tic-tac-toe or other games, practice math skills, etc.  They love it when I cover these books to make them special.  You can use them for summer vacation journaling, diaries, boredom busters, school supplies, teacher gifts, you name it!    My husband likes the books with the grid pages but didn't want to take one into meetings so I made one for him, too!  Your kids will have a blast making and decorating them!

Join us Friday morning, July 19th at 10:30am for the 2 Cool 4 School journal class.   I'll teach you and your child how to create a basic book like these and I'll have other examples and ideas on hand as well.   The cost is $13.  Please bring strong double sided tape (such as Scor Tape, X-Press It tape or Red Line tape) and a bone folder if you have them.  Please let the staff know which book your child would like to create, stars or butterflies, when you sign up.

Stop by Scrapdoodles to check these out in person!  They are so cute!
Date: Wed., Aug 14
Time: 10:30 am
Fee: $13
Instructor: Pam

Kids Class - Picture Puzzle Blocks

Hi, its Rachael, and I'm back with the 2nd of our classes just for kids (and kids at heart) held at Scrapdoodles this summer.  In this class we will be using 6 of our favorite pictures to create puzzle blocks.  My three children simply love puzzles.  My twins received a puzzle created out of a picture of themselves for their birthday and they just fell in love.  Not only are puzzles fun to play with, they can make unique, one of a kind gifts for family members!

This class will focus on measuring and cutting.  We all mistakes (even us kids at heart), so while the project only uses 6 pictures, I would suggest bringing a few extras just in case.   The pictures should be 4x6 in size and can be of anything...yourself, your favorite doll, your favorite musician, the possibilities are endless.

Class will be held on Friday, June 21st at 10:30 am, and the cost is $13.  We hope you can join us.  You can stop by the store to play with the puzzle blocks, or sign up over the phone.  Happy Crafting.

Kids Class - My Summer Bucket List Mini-Album

Hi everyone, its Rachael, and I'm super excited to be teaching one of the first classes this summer at Scrapdoodles for kids (and kids at heart).  My oldest daughter inspired this class when she started making a list of all the things she wanted to do this summer.  The promise of summer was the motivation she needed to make it through those last few weeks of school.

We had a list, but I wanted a way to document all of our fun.  This 12 page, accordion fold, mini-album is just perfect.  Filled with colorful mats and themed embellishments, all you will have to do is insert pictures to document your summer journey.

Class will be held on Friday, June 14th at 10:30 a.m, and the cost is $13.00.  We hope you can join us.  Kits will also be available.  You can stop by the store and see an example of the album, or sign-up over the phone.  Happy Crafting.
