Craft and Hobby Trade Show
I'm attending the Craft and Hobby Show in Chicago. Keep watching the blog and facebook for updates!
Tattered Angel's Glam & Glaze! and Heidi Swapp's restock!
Here is the scoop from Tattered Angel's:
Glimmer Glam will offer a similar base of Glimmer Glaze but with a slight more of a transparent color base, still have an AMAZINGLY GLIMMERY base, yet now we are adding custom glitters to add to the depth of the glimmery crafting experience! Using a ridiculous variety of glitters, we are not only customizing the glimmer in the product, we are now customizing the glitters too! This will give crafters a multi-faceted and unique art medium to work with. Glimmer Glam will come equipped with a pom like dauber for application. The container as well has a wide enough opening to allow crafters to use the product in larger amounts if needed.
Glimmer Glaze will offer the same beautiful color and AMAZING glimmer as Glimmer Mist, but will now offer you the versatility to use on any surface. This product will be a translucent to a semi-opaque depending on how much of an application is used. Glimmer Glaze will also be a matte finished product if used in a fine application, yet as you build up the product the application will build up to a semi gloss or high gloss finish. This gives you an amazingly versatile product that can be used on any surface, offer any finish (matte, eggshell, semi-gloss or high gloss) as well as a variety of depth of color depending on how much you apply. Glimmer Glaze will come equipped with a paint brush insert for easy application. The container will also have a nice sized opening making it easy to pour out for large project.
Both products are easily manipulated with Glimmer Mist, so they blend very nicely if needed. These products were created to act as a companion to Glimmer Mist to give additional depth to crafters Glimmer Misting experience.
We sold out of the Heidi Swapp colors the first time we got them within the first day! They are back in stock!

Classes with Sally Lynn McDonald & COPIC!
Sally Lynn MacDonald has been an avid scrapbooker, stamper, paper and altered artist since 1998, when her first child was born. Subsequently, after the birth of twins, she quit her high-tech career at IBM to be home with her growing family. "This is when creativity became a survival skill!" she says.
She has been a professional instructor in the paper arts industry for several years, specializing in ink techniques and surfaces. She is a Certification Trainer for Copic Marker / Imagination International as well as being a certified and/or endorsed instructor for Ranger and Tattered Angels. She travels extensively, teaching workshops at conventions and stores throughout the United States and Eastern Canada.
Her personal design challenge is to take products or techniques that would have her students saying "Huh?" and bring them to "Aha!".
Her style is eclectic and she loves to make each project unique, interactive and indulge her creative side. She has appeared on HGTV, featured in a couple of segments of the "That's Clever!" television program. She is also developing online classes with 'Big Picture Scrapbooking'. Her work has been published in Legacy/Somerset Memories, Paper Crafts, Rubber Stamper and Stamper's Sampler Take Ten and Creative Jewelry.
Sally Lynn and her husband Neil live in Connecticut with their children, Brianna and the "Twinkies," Cameron and Courtney. Keep up with Sally Lynn's work, adventures and travels on her blog: http://www.inkyheart.typepad.com/.
Registration is open now. There are no refunds after close of business August 25, 2010 (as stated on the registration form).
