Hello and Happy Wednesday! I'm Becky and I have some more projects to share with you this week. :)
I used the new Neapolitan line from Dear Lizzy for all three of my projects. I LOVE this line! All of the colors and patterns are just so happy and spring-y, it definitely fits my mood with this nice weather.
My first layout is a 12 x 12 layout; I made the title by first laying down some old Basic Grey stickers to spell out springtime and then I misted over it with Studio Calico Mister Huey's in Cameo (one of my top 3 favorite colors!) and then i peeled up the letter stickers to reveal my nifty resist title! I ran my layout through my sewing machine to add the hearts and the border to the bottom of my picture, I love how that makes the hearts almost float off of the page!
My second layout is an 8 1/2 x 11. (which i don't normally make, so now I have to go get an album to fit it in!) This layout came together really quickly, I used a sheet of index prints for my pictures and cut that super cute mason jar out of the patterned paper to use for my journaling. (it's hard to tell in the picture, but i also added some glossy accents to some of the hearts in the jar)
My third project is a card. I just let the paper shine on this one and only used one little brad as an embellishment. Gray and yellow make me happy. I love all of the decorative border strips on these papers. I cut them off and used them on all three projects, so pretty!
Thanks for visiting with me today, and I hope you get the chance to throw all of the windows open and enjoy some of this lovely weather while you make something happy :)
